Construction Progress
Park City High School is two
years into its $20 million dollar remodel, with a completion
goal of August of 2008. The remodel will allow Park City’s
growing school population to remain together in a single
high school, fostering unity and a common identity. Even
more importantly, it will create an updated, expanded educational
facility to match Park City School District’s goal
of becoming one of the top districts in the nation.

Park City Public Schools & Education
 All
of the Park City public schools offer the state regulated core
curriculum. All public elementary schools are required to offer
reading, math, science and social studies. They also offer
physical education and computer classes. Core curriculum for
the public middle schools covers language arts (writing and
reading), math, science, social studies (history), healthy
lifestyles (health and physical education) and information
technology (computers).
Expanded curriculum
includes drama, music, band, French & Spanish, visual
arts, dance, shop, home economics, and life skills classes.
Outdoor education programs allow students to experience
nature and hiking as well as learning about environmental
issues through slides, lectures and hands-on projects.
