The
Miners Club Overview
he Miners Club is an exclusive, condominium-style development
located on approximately four gently rolling acres in an elite
ski and golf enclave located in the highly desired Canyons
area of Park City. It is adjacent to The Canyons Resort Village
and it is anticipated that the resort will ultimately be surrounded
by a golf course. When the new Frostwood ski lift is complete,
it will be less than 20 steps from the Miners Club door. This
awe-inspiring mountain setting offers vacationers myriad year-round
sports and vacation activities.
Location
We’re so sure of it, it’s on our license plates.
Utah not only has the greatest snow, we make it very easy to
get to it. Park City has three resorts, Deer Valley Resort®,
Park City Mountain Resort® and The Canyons® Resort
. All are within a 30-minute drive from Salt Lake City International
Airport so you can catch an early flight and be on the slopes
the same afternoon! And, if you are already in Salt Lake City,
you’re just 29 minutes from The Miners Club. If that’s
not enough for you, we are also within an hour’s drive
of eight other resorts. With the incredible snow and sunshine,
the varied terrain and the close proximity of so many ski resorts,
it’s really no wonder everyone wants to be here.

Architecture
Inspired by the scenic beauty of Utah’s Rocky Mountains,
the architecture of The Miners Club offers the ambiance of
an elegant mountain lodge. Common areas feature rich leather
sofas, handcrafted custom furniture, and decorative touches
which add authentic western flavor. The impressive two-story
Great Room, a favorite gathering place for members, is accented
by massive wood columns and a lofty timber-coffered ceiling
above the grand central fireplace. Just off the Great Room
is a casual bar where members trade stories about the day’s
adventures while enjoying food and beverage service. The Fun
Center is an ideal place for children to play with newly found
friends.
Owners will find an elegantly appointed yet cozy retreat in
their residences, most featuring dramatic cathedral ceilings.
Each residence features a living room with a gas burning fireplace,
dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and balcony with majestic
views. Kitchens are equipped with granite slab countertops,
raised-panel oak cabinetry, GE Profile designer series stainless
steel appliances and hardwood or designer tile floors. Master
bathrooms boast a European frameless shower enclosure with
oil-rubbed bronze accents, granite countertops with brushed
nickel faucets and hardware and 6-foot tubs where all cares
will be soaked away.
