Unlike some markets where Realtors and clients are together for only one transaction, Park City seems to be different. Buyers often come to town looking for a small respite for ski vacations, then decide they’d like to spend more time here and thus need a larger place, and finally decide they want to be a permanent part of the community and trade the slope-side condo for a home. Through each phase of the journey, Carol’s joyful energy makes the transitions smooth, productive, and just as importantly, pleasant.
